Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or log into your Smeg account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the appliance in its original box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
